Golf Fitness Course
To improve technique and maintain consistent performance in golf, physical fitness plays an essential role. A flexible, balanced body with good movement control helps golfers perform more effective shots while reducing the risk of injury during long-term practice and competition.
The Golf Fitness course is designed to help students assess their physical condition, improve their movement foundation, and develop key physical abilities required for golf, including stability, flexibility, endurance, and power generation.

Body Assessment
In golf, especially during the swing, the body needs to coordinate multiple parts through different movement patterns. However, due to injuries, daily habits, poor posture, or limited mobility, many golfers may experience muscle tightness, imbalance, or difficulty controlling movement effectively.
The Body Assessment session helps students evaluate their overall movement ability through static and dynamic posture assessments based on the TPI system. From the results, the coach will identify areas that need improvement and build a suitable training plan based on each student’s physical condition.
Beginner
The Beginner course focuses on helping the body return to a more balanced state. Students will be guided through exercises that improve body awareness, movement control, muscle activation, joint mobility, and the ability to separate upper-body and lower-body movements.
The main goal of this stage is to improve stability, muscle balance, and range of motion, creating a safe physical foundation for golf training.
Intermediate
Once the body has achieved better control and stability, the Intermediate course introduces more golf-specific exercises. The movements are designed to simulate common golf techniques such as swinging, pitching, and chipping, helping the body become familiar with movement patterns used on the course.
Through proper and repeated practice, students gradually develop muscle memory, which supports a more stable and natural golf swing.
Advanced
The Advanced course is suitable for students who already have a solid foundation in stability, flexibility, and movement coordination. At this stage, the program focuses on more advanced physical elements such as endurance, the ability to maintain stability over time, and quick power generation.
The goal of this course is to help golfers expand their physical limits, optimize movement efficiency, and improve overall golf performance.
Performance
The Performance course is designed for skilled golfers, especially those with a handicap below 15 and who achieve at least 80% in power-related assessment tests.
The program focuses on two key elements: Stamina and Power. This specialized course is ideal for golfers who want to improve clubhead speed, increase endurance, and optimize their performance in training and competition.
